Is there a free Trial?
There is currently no free trial available for Work 365. Because Work 365 will impact your business operations, we have found over the course of numerous implementations that a free trial doesn’t generate the right level of commitment and time from both our teams and your teams. We are happy to provide as many demonstrations as needed to answer your questions. We do a paid trial which also serves as an on-boarding before you commit to making a the full purchase. I know I want to purchase the application do I still need to do the paid trial and on-boarding?
The On-boarding gives you a 30 day trial without making a purchase commitment, it also gives you the option to consult with our team on the best plan for your organization. However, if you purchase an Annual Work 365 plan you do not have to purchase the on-boarding. You can work with our team at your own pace to setup the system using a combination of our bi-weekly training, online content, and consultation with an on-boarding specialist.
What is the time commitment required for the on-boarding process?
The on-boarding requires a few hours of commitment to the attend the weekly sessions and complete homework assigned to you by the on-boarding Specialist. Depending on how much data you have and the complexity of your current operations, this investment can be lower or higher.
Who is typically involved during the on-boarding?
The on-boarding process involves your technical team to install the application, the business and sales team to help with customer data around pricing and sales process, and also the finance and accounting team to review the invoices and billing best practices. It’s always a good idea to have leadership stay involved in the process to make decisions on changes to any of the sales and finance processes that may arise as part of best practice discussions.

When does my trial start?
Your trial starts when the application is installed in your production environment, and you register the Work 365 license.
Can I perform tests and trials in my test and sandbox instance?
You can perform the installation tasks in your Test or Sandbox instance, to confirm if there is a technical conflict with your System. Our team will engage with you once you install the solution in your Production environment. We perform the trial and on-boarding in production because this provides you the best experience with real customer data. With this when the trial concludes you will be able to plan your go-live tasks much quicker.
What happens to my historical data?
If you are using an Automatic provider like Partner Center or Synnex, we can import all the customer and subscription data into the system. We will help you update the subscriptions and services to get them aligned to your current billing relationships.
What if we have more work to do after the 30-day trial?
The purchase of the on-boarding gives you a 30 day trial. The 30 day period provides enough time to understand the application and know whether this will be a good fit for your operations. At the end of the 30 day, a decision must be made to either purchase the application or end the trial and uninstall the solution. However, if there are pending tasks at the conclusion of the trial, the on-boarding Specialist will continue to work with you to finish them up after the purchase of the application has been made.
What can we expect as outcomes of the on-boarding?
Various factors can affect the outcomes of the on-boarding depending on your proficiency with Dynamics 365, understanding of recurring billing and subscription management, and the quantity of customer data that is being touched. Typically, at the end of the end of the on-boarding you will have your data setup in the system, you will know how to provision new customers and subscriptions, understand the concepts and options with bundling, have an understanding of the invoice process with Work 365, and be able to look at an example customer’s invoice.
How do you handle Support during on the on-boarding?
The on-boarding is a high-touch engagement. All support issues are tackled directly by your on-boarding Specialist during the trial process.
Do you have other resources for training and reference purposes?
What if the service doesnt work for me and I want to cancel during the Trial?
Work 365 is a Managed Solution that gets installed in your Dynamics 365 system during the trial. You would uninstall the solution and this will delete all the work 365 data and entities in your system to restore it back.
