New Pause and Resume buttons on the Subscription form

Pause Button on the Subscription

  • Now Work 365 users can ‘Pause’ the Subscription from the new button in the top ribbon of the Subscription Form.
  • Once the Subscription is Paused the status reason will change from ‘Active’ to ‘Suspended’.
  • The ‘Status Reason’ will be a locked field.

Pause 1

Whenever the Subscription is Paused it will create an LCL with a ‘Pause’ Subscription Event.

Resume Button on the Subscription

  • This will be visible only when the subscription is ‘Paused’ via the ‘pause button and the Status reason is updated to ‘Suspended’.
  • Users can ‘Resume’ the Subscription via the new ‘Resume’ button. This will change the ‘Status Reason’ back to ‘Active’.

Resume

Whenever the Subscription is resumed it will create a subscription event ‘resume’ and will highlight the changes in the LCL records.

Note: There might be some delay in between pause and resume actions.
