What is Work 365?

Work 365 is a Subscription Management and Billing Automation application built on Dynamics 365. Work 365 was developed out of our own need to scale and grow our recurring revenue as a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP). We scoured the market in search of an application that would meet a few specific criteria:

Allow users to have a holistic view of the customer relationship
Have access and control over their data
Have a pricing model that reflects the value delivered in the application
Allow for extensions, modifications and put control back with the user
Put the customer at the center

When we couldn’t find something we developed it for our own needs and released it in early 2018. Our team is global and made up of game-changers that bring the unique combination of technical expertise and client empathy, with a touch of nerdy humor. The Cloud is continuing to revolutionize how technology businesses operate. Work 365 helps IT companies Scale their business.
