Details: Creating a scheduled quantity change in the future should still respect the (QRW) for both a new subscription and the subscription renewal dates.
Impact: Scheduled license change logs could have been created where the effective date does not fall in line with either the subscription creation (QRW) or the subscription renewal (QRW).
This is now resolved in this solution version. These scheduled license changelogs should be deactivated, and the associated Work 365 Job canceled.
