Issue#8115
Description: After initializing the portal, the system creates all entity lists. In this case, the language was unsupported, so the system was trying to create the entity form and mapping was not available for the translation. Therefore, the User was receiving the error while increasing and decreasing subscriptions.
This issue is fixed now. Now, if the translation is not found in the translation file then the system will map for the English language.
