1) User was able to add the end date while creating the Item-based Billing contract from the Order Provisioning Popup. However, item-based contracts don’t have end dates as the contracts are driven by the subscription.
This issue is now fixed, end date is not available while creating the Item Based Billing contract.
2) Added a new field called Billing Policy on the form for a better user experience.
