1) Billing Policy is a mandatory field now and is now available on the General tab as well.
2) New warning on the billing contract so that users can review Type and Billing Policy on the form as changing these fields is not supported.
3) New warning is added whenever the user changes the date on the existing billing contract. This will notify the user that the change may cause some billing discrepancies.
