You are the top 1 to 2% of Microsoft and Cloud partners worldwide. You probably have 10 or more cloud offerings and you have specific service offerings for your customer verticals through process and Intellectual Property. You have process automation around Customer acquisition, retention, and growth. You are aware of your Customer Life cycle value and probably have tools in place for sales, billing, change management, customer service, self-service and are focused on profitability and delivering customer experience.
Starting Out
You are starting out and looking to grow your cloud business. Most service providers only have a handful of cloud solutions and take a day or so to provision services. Your cost of service and customer acquisition is a little higher with manual processes and multiple systems.
Building
It seems like you are well on your way to building a successful recurring business. Partners in this stage have about 4 to 10 cloud solutions and have lowered their cost of customer acquisition and cost of service. You’ve added more services and customer retention is high.
