Refunds processing for inactive subscriptions:
- License:
- Billing contracts that enable refunds, and subscriptions are deactivated, and the deactivate license change log event will be invoiced as a credit for the period the licenses were not used.
- Also, refunds can be disabled at the subscription level when that subscription is deactivated. Even when a billing contract enables refunds if a subscription is deactivated, disabling the refund on the subscription will prevent the license change log credit from being invoiced.
- Usage: The system supports invoicing Active Azure consumption after an Azure subscription is deactivated.
