Item#: 7751: Sales unit not populating on the license change log record

Details: When an “update” license change log is created the system would not populate the sales unit from the subscription on the LCL.

Impact: This would cause issues in the invoicing calculation process.

Example: Subscription is annual and has an annual price. The billing contract is monthly. When the invoice is generated it should divide the price by 12, however, because the sales unit was not correctly populated from the subscription the invoicing calculation was incorrect.

This is now fixed in this solution version. For existing subscriptions, the license changelogs will need to be manually updated to the correct sales unit (should match the sales unit on the subscription).
