Different types of price indexation and indexation can be applied at a global level or specified directly on the Item-based billing contract records as well.
Two new fields on the Subscription form called “Override Indexation” and “Indexation Rate” will allow Work 365 users to set the Indexation rate on the subscription form and override the setting on the Global level or Billing contact form.
When “Override Indexation” is set as YES, the system will use the rate specified on the subscription when applying indexation; otherwise, it will default to existing behavior.
Note: “Exempt from Indexation” will prevent the subscription from being indexed irrespective of the “Override Indexation” value.
