When a trial license is converted, or a subscription upgraded to a higher SKU, there will be a conversion reference field on the subscription form detailing where the new subscription was converted from. “Conversion Ref” will have a link to the related subscription. It will be available on both the old and new subscriptions, i.e., the old will have a reference to the new, and the new will have a reference to the old subscription.
