Fixed issue for Product service not loading due high volume of price list in CRM and Product Service will not allowing to create price list items for legacy SKUS when price list contains segment

Work 365 users will be able to add legacy products to a price list that contains the segment on the Product Pricing Page.

• When the price list contains a segment, it will create price list items for both NCE and legacy SKUs.
• When the price list does not contain a segment, it will only create price list items for legacy SKUs.
