All the below issues are fixed for the Work 365 application and the Self-Service Portal

  • Report Scheduler
    • Email Reports set via the Work 365 Report scheduler were not sending CSV attachments. This issue is now fixed. Work 365 Users can receive the CSV attachments in the email.
  • Subscriptions
    • Subscriptions synced via the automatic sync process were not populating the customer info in the Licence Change Log and resulted in failed provisioning. This issue is now fixed. After syncing the subscriptions, Licence Change Log (LCL) should populate the customer info and should update the LCL status as Not Applicable
    • Fixed Issue object reference error
Provider accounts that didn’t have all the fields filled threw object reference errors on subscription sync. This occurs due to the sync process which cannot match the provider account to an existing account in the system or if the auto-match setting was turned off. This issue is now fixed. Work 365 users can see the error stating that the provider account is not mapped rather than the object reference error.
  • MYOB
    • Error during an attempt to sync the invoice to MYOB.
    • Link account to the Accounting System UI doesn’t list all the accounts. MYOB issues are now fixed. Work 365 users should be able to link the invoices and accounts without any issues.
  • Self Service Portal
    • After initializing the self-service portal, the Quantity Reduction Behaviour (QRB) snippets were reset to blank message and the “My Services” page of the Portal was showing “Liquid error”. The issues are now fixed and the snippet message should not reset after initializing the portal.

All the above-mentioned issues are now fixed. If you are still facing any issues, please contact Work 365 support or join Work 365 Office Hours.
