Issue#8302
Description: When a customer migrates a subscription from legacy to NCE; where the new subscription will start mid-way thru the year but the commitment end date stays the same as the original subscription.
This issue is now resolved.
This cycle will be based on the subscription effective date and the billing frequency/term duration. Proration will be applied on the first cycle and it will the other cycle will be created based on the commitment end date.
Proration is based on the number of days in the cycle.
