Work 365 Releases Version 4.8 to Help Microsoft Partners Adapt to Pricing Changes
Work 365, a leading subscription management and billing automation solution for Microsoft Partners, has launched Version 4.8, an update designed to align with Microsoft’s new price changes and annual/monthly commitment terms.
The changes, effective April 1, 2025, introduce differentiated pricing based on commitment term and billing frequency, requiring Microsoft CSPs to adapt quickly. Work 365’s latest update ensures seamless subscription and pricing management by:
- Supporting automated pricing updates at renewal
- Improving unit mapping to accommodate Microsoft’s pricing structure
- Enhancing integration for Direct and Indirect Partners
“Our goal with Version 4.8 is to remove friction for Microsoft Partners,” said Kayla, Senior Director, Customer Success at Work 365.” With Microsoft’s price increases, CSPs need a scalable way to manage changes, and this release does just that.”
Work 365 customers can now improve their processes and avoid manual intervention when adjusting to Microsoft’s evolving pricing structure.
